UIP Info

Hi guys,

Though the sign up for UIP is over, here is just some information that we have just received.

IMPORANT INFO:

For those who signed up, there will be a selection test during the EOY marking days, cos the unit is limited to 2 per spec.

And RCV spec has been cancelled. Sorry for those ppl who signed up :(

General Info:

UIP is for 3 specializations: FD, Evac and OA. There will be 3 contact sessions and a 3d2n camp. It will focus on teaching skills and also strengthening of cadets foundation in the subject.

Admission Criteria:

• Silver Proficiency in the subject (For OA ppl dont worry, we will accred you before the date)
• Max 2 cadets for each subject. Max 6 cadets for each unit.
• Each cadet can only have 1 specialization
• Must be able to attain all training dates
• Must pass a Knowledge Test on Contact Session 1

Knowledge Test

• Tested on knowledge from Bronze and Silver
• 2 chances to pass the test. Failures will be considered on a case by case basis

Duration:

• Contact Session 1: 6 Nov 2010, 0845 - 1800
• Contact Session 2: 13 Nov 2010, 0845 - 1800
• 3D2N Training Camp: 19 Nov 2010, 0845 - 21 Nov 2010, 1230
• Contact Session 3: 27 Nov 2010, 0845 - 1800
