Camp Consent Form + Pack List

Hi guys, here's the softcopy of the camp consent form for those who weren't at Wednesday's training, Please print this out and let your parents sign it, before passing it to us on the first day of camp.

On a side note, for those of you who are unable to locate the camp pack list, it can be found below:

Undergarments	Sufficient
Track Pants	1	Dark blue or black.
Army Poncho	1	Don’t substitute this with an umbrella. / Strictly army poncho
Triangular bandages	2	Compulsory
Toiletries	Sufficient
Sandals/Slippers	1	Optional. For bathing only.
Torchlight + Batteries	1	Important. At least one per platoon. Labelled
Whistle	1	Buy from Popular/Department Store.
Utensils	1	Includes spoon, mug and fork. Label all.
Mess tin	1
1.5L bottles	2	Labelled
Personal medication	Sufficient	If required.
Smaller haversack	1
Writing materials	Sufficient
Sleeping bag	1
Consent form	1	Please. BRING IT. If you can’t find yours, ask around.
Jacket	1	If necessary
Cash (optional)	$10	Please don’t bring too much

*Note: Valuables will be safekept by us throughout the camp.

Also, please note the addition of one item to the pack list: a pair of old socks that can be thrown away or dirtied. It will be used for one of the camp activities, so please please bring it :P
