- Be disciplined at all times

- No violence/ vulgarities
- Address b62 as 'ICs' and NCOs/VIs as 'Sirs'

1 Long + 1 Short - Freeze/ Continue
Continuous Long Blows - Emergency
2 Short + 1 Long +Continuous Short Blows - Fall in
(Each short blow = 1 pushup)
1 short blow - Day IC
