November Camp Consent Forms

Hi all,

In case you were wondering about the camp consent forms, here it is:

Remember to print it out, get your parents to sign it, and bring it to camp itself. If not, fun stuff will happen :)

Also, there have been changes to the packlist, so download the new one and pack accordingly:

Edit: Add in this to the packlist:
a photocopy of your APR to camp: the first 2 pages (ur scores and the teachers' comments)
