Inter UG Archery 22 Oct

Hi Cadets,
Inter UG archery and dragon boating is on Thursday, 22 October. However, in view of the haze situation, dragon boating has been cancelled. So do take note of this update, Brian, Cheng Kai, Hean Zhor and Zheng Wei. Hence please do not stay back for the dragon boating event.

As for archery, the event will still take place in school and please report to the stadium steps by 7.30 a.m. and please be punctual. The cost of the archery is $10 which has been subsidized. As for the things to bring, please bring a water bottle, the consent form (attached below) and the $10 cost (preferably in cash). Lunch will not be provided after the event so if you wish to have lunch immediately after, bring extra cash for lunch.

Thank you and try your best for the archery. But do have fun while doing so.

Bring It On,
Chew Yu Cai

SANA course 19 October 2015

Hello cadets,
On 19th October, there will be a SANA course held near Compass Point Shopping Centre. SANA stands for Singapore Anti-Narcotics Association, and this course is necessary to obtain the SANA badge for you to pin onto your RCU. Some of the year 2s have gone for this course, so you can ask them to see what's its like.
One change from last year is that the full-day session has been split into two half-day sessions. So you can choose to go for either one.
We can send a maximum of 5 participants for each session, so register fast if you want to go. If you are interested, contact Sun Han sir before 11/10/2015.
Date: 19 October 2015
Time: 8.30am to 1pm OR 1.30pm to 6pm
Venue: 2 Sengkang Square #05-01, Singapore 545025 (Beside Compass Point Shopping Centre)
Attire: Mufti (School-based/Red Cross-based Tee with track pants)
Things to Bring: Writing Materials
Note: Failure to attend the course after signing up, or failing to complete the survey after the course will result in having to bear the full costs (SGD $4.00) of the programme to the Singapore Red Cross Society.
