6Pak Race

Though camp has ended, the 6Pak race is never over. Hope you all strive to improve your fitness and get a 6Pak! Engage yourselves in more exercises and return to Red Cross trainings in Term 3 as a fresh and fit person. Improve your SSS - Strength, Stamina, Speed. Take note that your own initiative to develop your fitness matters a lot.

As we trailed various paths in Singapore including Ubin, we have learnt a lot in this journey and have had several new experiences. Reflect on these experiences and you will learn how enjoyable they were. These will always remain as unforgotten memories throughout your life. The teamwork you put in to plan for the hikes, the care you all showed for each other during the hike itself, the hardwork you put in for the victory of your platoon - they all are aspects to be praised and RIRC is proud to have such involved cadets.

Even though there was a winner, there never was a loser in the 6Pak race. All of you put in the effort and that is what really matters at the end of the day. If there are any comments or feedback about the camp, you can raise it in the tagboard.

On a side note, all the best for the three ULP participants - Colin, Vatsal and Hui Jun who have their ULP camp on Friday.

Finally, though the Sec 3s and 4s did not come up with an official slogan for 6Pak, there was a popular term used by you all quite often during the camp. For those who don't know, here it is: 6Pak - Chiong Ahhh!!!
