2. RCU loans for NDP:
--- Jared: beret, borrowed black socks, L shirt, 31 pants
--- Dylan: you can keep the 36 pants
--- Benjamin (B63): you can keep 30 pants
--- Saha (B63): 3 big buttons--- Sihao (B64): 41 boots
--- Daniel (B64): 6.5 beret

3. Sec 1s payment for RCU:
--- Have not paid: Zhong Yang, Tianxiang Liu, Taufeeq, Chiaw Soong
