22th October 2016 Gold Modular Workshop

Hey RIRC!

This post is for cadets selected for the GMW on 22th October 2016.

Date: 22 October 2016
Time: 8.30am to 6.00pm
Lunch will not be provided, cadets will be given time to take their lunch outside the school and will be allowed to leave upon completion of the workshop modules and passing their accreditation.
Please remember to have breakfast before reporting.
Venue: Fairfield Methodist School (Secondary) (102 Dover Road, Singapore 139649)
Attire: Mufti (School T-Shirt/ Red Cross T-Shirt with dark coloured track pants and school/track shoes)

For RCK, please bring
1. Writing materials (pencil case + writing paper/ exercise book + highlighters/ markers)
2. Water bottle
3. Money for lunch
4. Completed and signed RCK silver monitoring forms*
5. RCK Gold notes (optional)
6. Insect Repellent (for Zika)
7. Consent Form

For DM, please bring:
1. Writing materials (pencil case + writing paper/ exercise book)
2. Water bottle
3. Money for lunch
4. BFA certificate or SFA card
5. DM Bronze (DM-1C-4) & DM Silver (DM-2C-3) notes
6. Completed and signed DM silver monitoring forms*
7. Insect Repellent (for Zika)
8. Consent Form

For FA, please bring:
1. Writing materials (pencil case + writing paper/ exercise book)
2. Water bottle
3. Money for lunch
4. FA Gold notes
5. SFA card or completed and signed FA silver monitoring forms*
6. Insect Repellent (for Zika)
7. Consent Form

*Silver Monitoring forms will be provided on the day itself. Please try to come down earlier to collect them.
