Dragon Boating Consent Forms

Hey RIRC,

Here are the consent forms for Dragon boating tomorrow. Do remember to get them signed and bring them to the event. Here are some more details

Report: 1.15pm, at Stadium MRT (at Kallang Wave Mall entrance)

Time: 2pm to 4pm
Location: Kallang Sea Sports Centre
Attire: Unit-T and PE shorts

Things to bring:
- Water bottle
- Spare shoes and socks
- Sunblock / cap
- Signed consent form

Lunch will not be provided, so do eat before you come. The $7 has been covered, so you only thing you need to pay is attention.
